Last fall we had Gabe Garcia, one of our cheese mongers from the NYC Greenmarkets, visit the farm for a few days and document what happens behind the scenes to produce a wheel of cheese. From pasture, to milking parlor, to cheesemaking room, to cave, to market - this short documentary showcases it all.

We hope this video shows the pride all of us on the farm feel for our Jersey cows, our raw milk, our distinctive cheeses, and our part of the Connecticut agricultural community.
