Local Connecticut honey from a longtime friend of our farm! We have known the Cech family since our earliest days of cheesemaking in the 1990s, when Dan was a shepherd at Beaver Brook Farm. We are excited to be able to offer their delicious honey.

We love the rich silky taste of this honey, and we celebrate the seasonal variations that come with the changing flora. Honey is superb with full-flavored aged or pungent cheese!

We also now carry Creamed Honey, perfect with younger cheeses like Dutch Farmstead or Celeste, and Spicy Smoked Honey, a natural pairing with sharp cheeses and blue.
