We’ll include a washed rind like Hooligan along with full flavored favorites like Black Ledge Blue, Celeste, Dairyere, or Aged Bloomsday (3 lbs total).

NOTE: Our Wooden Cheese Box (available as an add on) is a sturdy, beautiful round wooden form, traditionally used to form freshly made cheeses and prepare them for aging. It makes a pleasant presentation for our cheeses and will stand up to more creative uses long after.
